For her thirty years of dedicated service to the students at Forrest School and the Chapel Hill community, on November 19, 2004 the library at Chapel Hill Elementary School was named the “Jane Van Cleave Kerr Memorial Library.” Mrs. Kerr loved books and children and had a tremendous impact on so many lives. Mrs. Kerr was my sixth grade teacher at Forrest School and one of the major reasons I chose to become a teacher. The Chapel Hill Elementary School family is proud to honor and dedicate our library in Mrs. Kerr’s memory. Mrs. Delk |

The Library at Chapel Hill Elementary School is open to all
students Monday through Friday from 7:40 a.m. until 2:25 p.m.
